Game terms & end-user licence

Titan Empire INC provides TitanSwords & Sorcery. By installing or playing, you agree to these terms and the community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Your licence

You receive a personal, limited permission to install the official client and access the service for gameplay. Ownership of the game and its original artwork remains with its respective rights holders. Do not redistribute altered clients as official software, resell game assets, or interfere with the service. Rights granted by applicable law are not restricted by this licence.

Accounts and player content

Keep your credentials secure and use an email address you control for account recovery. You are responsible for content submitted through your account. Upload only portraits and logos you have permission to use. You retain your rights in those submissions and allow us to store, resize and display them to provide the requested game feature.

Purchases

The Emporium shows the package and price before payment. PayPal handles payment details; the game delivers purchases after verification. Titanium and virtual items are game entitlements, not money or an investment, and have no promised cash redemption value. Contact staff about missing purchases or billing mistakes with the transaction reference, never your payment credentials. Your statutory consumer rights remain in effect.

Service and changes

Maintenance, outages, balancing and content updates may affect availability or game features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular competitive outcome. Abusive or unauthorized use may lead to restricted access; contact staff to request a review. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.

Privacy and support

The service uses account details, saved characters, gameplay logs and transaction references to operate the game, handle purchases and investigate abuse. The website does not ask for game passwords or card numbers. Web hosting and payment providers may process technical information for their services. Ask an in-game staff member or use community support for account, privacy or billing questions. Do not send sensitive credentials in chat.

Ownership

Device identifiers and access restrictions

TitanSwords desktop clients send game-specific hashes derived from available network-adapter hardware addresses to help enforce access restrictions. When unavailable, a locally stored installation identifier is hashed instead. Raw MAC addresses are not transmitted. After successful login, these hashes are associated with characters for authorized moderation. Shared devices can belong to different people; these identifiers are not proof of personal identity.
