Chat & community rules

Effective September 30, 2026

These rules apply in game and in official community spaces. Discord membership is not required to read them or play.

• Treat players and staff respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, stalk or use discriminatory abuse.
• Keep public chat suitable for a broad audience. Do not post explicit sexual material, graphic abuse or illegal content.
• Do not publish another person's private information. Never request or share passwords, recovery codes or payment-card details.
• Do not spam, impersonate staff, post deceptive links or advertise unrelated services.
• Use World for general conversation, Trade for offers, and Private, Party or Clan for their intended audiences.
• Play fairly. Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items, bypass restrictions or use unauthorized automation. Report a suspected exploit privately to staff.
• Player shops use gold and owner-set prices. Describe trades accurately; scams and misleading offers may be investigated.
• Staff may warn, mute, kick, jail or suspend accounts according to the circumstances. Use a support ticket or contact a listed staff member for review; do not continue an argument across chat channels.

Getting help

Open the in-game player list to identify staff, or use the support buttons in our Discord. Include your character name, time, location and what happened. Screenshots help, but remove private information first.
